Qualifications and Experience:
1. Master’s Degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; related
fields will be considered.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience (or more preferred) in early childhood education or
administering child care
3. Minimum 3 years of experience (or more preferred) in operations and / or personnel
(including supervision, hiring, setting expectations, providing feedback, and evaluating
4. Proficiency with office systems, e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel, email and social media
5. Experience working in / with financial and administrative processes and systems

The Woman's Missionary Union of Virginia is seeking a director for their camp in the mountains of central Virginia. The Director will direct and oversee the operations of CrossRoads Camp and Conference Center. This position will report to the WMUV Executive Director/ Treasurer to ensure that CrossRoads missional and operational goals are being met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to camp and conference center oversight, organizational partnership and relationship building, and other responsibilities as outlined below.
This position requires a commitment to the development of CrossRoads with a desire and expectation of onsite leadership during camp and retreat seasons. This position requires high energy, spiritual maturity, flexible availability, servant's heart and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
This will be a residential, full-time position with health, dental and paid time off benefits.
