About the event
The Leadership in Times of Transition workshop is designed to give leaders tips and insights for navigating seasons of questioning. How can you effectively communicate with the congregation and engage them in helping discover God’s solutions for the path ahead? What characteristics do leaders need to embrace to find God’s answers to these difficult questions?
RCFN welcomes Dr. David N. Peppler, Sr., aka “Pep”, longtime pastor and founder of Peptalk Ministries, LLC to discuss 6 leadership principles for times of discernment and transition. Dr. Peppler served over 22 years in the pastorate and is now serving as a spirituality and leadership coach, church consultant, retreat leader, and author.
Who should attend? Pastors, New and Interim Pastors, Church staff, Church Leaders, particularly anyone whose church is in a time of transition or discerning the path forward.
